"The books showed up in really good..."
The books showed up in really good shape, which was a relief, and they look great on my shelf. Shipping was fine too, or at least nothing weird happened there. My only gripe is the international duties thing, because I didn’t realize I’d have to pay extra when it got delivered. Maybe I missed it, but it definitely could’ve been clearer before checkout. Still, the books are nice and I’m happy I ordered them overall.

"Nice Gift, but not for everyone"
I got an assouline book as a gift for someone, and it did look really nice when it showed up. The packaging was solid too, so it definitely had that fancy, “special gift” kind of feel.
That said, the price is kind of High for what it is, and I wasn’t totally sure the person would actually use it or look through it much. It’s probably great for someone who loves decor or coffee table books, but maybe not the easiest gift for Everyone.

"Beautiful books I don’t want to miss out on"
I mostly buy assouline books as collectibles, they look amazing on my shelf. The covers feel really special and make the whole space look more put together. They’re definitely a bit pricey, so I usually think twice before ordering, but I’d rather grab the ones I love than regret missing them later. Overall, I’ve been really happy with my purchases.

I mean, the book looked really nice online, so I was a bit disappointed when it arrived. The cover had some marks on it, and the pages felt kind of cheap. For the price, I expected better quality.

"Really nice book, prices was worth it"
I ordered a coffee table book from assouline.com and was a little hesitant because they’re definitely not cheap. But once it showed up, I kind of got it. The cover, the paper, and the photos all feels super premium, and it really does look great sitting in my living room. I don’t feel like I overpaid at all, and for the quality, I’d buy from them again.

"Loved the personalization, but a little pricey!!!"
I ordered a personalized book from assouline it turned out really nice!!! The initials looked super clean and made it feel way more special, like a proper gift!!! The website was easy enough to use too, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because the extra charge for personalization felt a bit steep, and the shipping took longer than I thought it would!!! But overall, I’m still really happy with how it came out!!!

"Pretty good office gifts, but replies were slow"
I ordered a batch of books for office gifts and they were nice once they arrived. The weird part is, getting replies about the bulk order took longer than I expected, so I had to follow up a bit. Overall, decent experience, just not the fastest communication

"Classy site, just a bit slow sometimes"
assouline has that clean, fancy look, you know? The big photos really make the books feel like something special, not just regular stuff on a page. It’s easy to move around too, and the colors give it that luxury feel without everything being all over the place. The only rough part is that a few pages feel a little heavy and take a bit to load. But overall, the design looks really nice.

"Glad I grabbed the limited edition"
I bought a limited edition book from Assouline and it really does feel special, not like something you’d see sitting everywhere. Shipping was straightforward and there were no issues, which is all you can really ask for. with limited edition items, you know they’re not going to be around forever, so I’m glad I ordered it before it sold out.

I was surprised by how much they had in their catalog. I found a bunch of books I was excited about, and it was easy to get carried away browsing. The only avoidable problem was me spending way too much time picking what to read first...

"The books themselves were great, but the payment..."
The books themselves were great, but the payment part was kind of a hassle. I wish there were more payment options, because my card kept getting declined and I couldn’t figure out why. There also wasn’t an easy backup option that worked for me, so I ended up having to come back and try again later. For a site like this, I expected checkout to be a lot smoother. Has anyone else run into the same issue with payments here?

"Nice Brand, just a Bit Pricey"
I do like Assouline, it looks really classy and the whole brand has that premium feel. But the prices are high for what you actually get, so i'm a little torn on it.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the return process itself was simple and hassle-free, but the refund took way longer than I expected. If you need the money back quickly, you might want to keep that in mind and follow up with customer service if it starts dragging.

Just a little warning if you're planning to stop by: the boutique has a really cozy, nice vibe overall, but it can feel crowded inside. Still a cute place to browse, just maybe avoid peak times if you don’t like tight spaces.

I checked Assouline online first and saw the book was available at the store . I went in later that same day and it was right there , no hassle at all . The staff pointed me in the right direction quickly too . Overall , it was a smooth visit and I’d definitely shop there again ...

"Found My Books Without Any Hassle"
I hopped on thinking, okay, hopefully this doesn’t turn into a whole search mission, but it was super easy to find the books I wanted. Checkout was quick too, which I always appreciate because at that point I’m usually just thinking, please let me be done already. Overall, really smooth experience.
